How about the Control Center -- is that outlet important?

  1. You can watch Perelman come and go.
  2. When Perelman is in the Control Center, you can talk to him via this outlet. This outlet and the outlet in his office are the only places where you can talk to Perelman.
  3. You can see National Guardsmen stationed outside the door in Part III.
