  2. Listen to the Cardinal's sermon. There may be an opportunity here.
  3. If you save Thriff from the Christmas tree monsters, "anything you ask will be your reward."
  4. Including the reliquary.
  5. After you thwart the Christmas tree monsters, find the Cardinal. ASK THE CARDINAL FOR THE RELIQUARY.
