How do I get TO the sniper?

  1. You can try using the elevator in the apartment lobby.
  2. Or, have you been into the alley?
  3. Down at the end is a fire-escape ladder.
  4. If you TAKE THE TRASH CAN, then PUT THE TRASH CAN UNDER THE LADDER, then STAND ON THE CAN, you can easily reach the ladder. Then, go up to the proper floor.
