What's the urchin stolen and how do I get it?

  1. He's light-fingered and will rip off anything small that you leave lying around.
  2. You need to induce the urchin to drop what he has.
  3. The urchin isn't really very afraid of YOU.
  4. He's obviously afraid of something, though.
  5. Don't go any further until you explore all the aboveground locations.
  6. Got anything portable that's scary? (Other than your last grade report.)
  7. If you've got a dead rat, that might do the trick.
  8. No, huh? That mummified hand is pretty yucky, then.
