What is the significance of the communications send console?

  1. Read the screen. The message is very interesting.
  2. The message isn't being sent, however.
  3. You can repair the communication system using the chemical dispenser in the Machine Shop.
  4. The colored light on the enunciator panel refers to one of the colored buttons on the dispenser.
  5. Keep pouring the proper chemical fluid into the hole on the console until it is fixed. It will take two or three trips.
