2. Raw meat is not very sanitary (or appetizing). Wouldn't it be better to cook it? (The ray gun is great for this sort of thing.)
3. Medium rare requires 30 seconds at the second setting. You can vary the time if you prefer it rarer or more well-done. (Add 10 seconds to defrost if this is from the freezer compartment.)
4. By the way, where did you come across unicorn meat?
