Repairing the FCs

Just what's wrong with the FCs?

  1. A tremor has disrupted their channels of communication.
  2. They can't make a mutual decision about what to do.
  3. There are two cables which have been severed due to the tremors.
  4. One cable in the Primary Channel, and one in the Secondary Channel.
